5-Year Workmanship Warranty

• Our Warranty covers any repairs that become necessary due to workmanship.

10-Year Structural Warranty

• When your project involves structural changes or repairs, these are backed by Morganco’s 10 year structural warranty.

• If outside factors caused damage, this will be assessed on a per project basis (i.e. water damage from storm, foundation settling, etc).

Please note: Appliances, fixtures, etc will have separate warranties from manufactures, and Morganco’s warranty does not cover manufacture defects unless the installation of the product caused the fixture or appliance to fail.

All repairs will be completed in a timely manner and should be uploaded on your client portal or emailed to your Client Advisor.

Project deposit refund

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Our commitment to transparency and fairness extends to our deposit refund policy. If your project is unable to move forward prior to construction start, your initial deposit is refundable less any design, engineering fees, or resources deployed.
