Hero is a subscription-based home-service membership that gives you priority scheduling for common repairs and maintenance, plus a yearly inspection to help you stay ahead of small issues before they turn expensive.

Super Hero Plan

$297/mo

• 24 Hours of Handy Service Per Year. Can be banked and used as long as membership is kept.

• Bi-Annual 50 point inspection with detailed report.

• Priority service by dedicated team.

• Client portal to keep track of visits, pictures, and inspections.

• Discount on larger projects completed by Morganco Design Build.

• Filter Replacement for (1) Furnace Unit per month. Cleaning of outside unit 2 times per calendar year.

• 15% Discount on Additional Service Hours

All plans come with yearly inspection and priority service by our Morganco backed team of expert, certified craftsman.

All plans billed monthly. 10% discount for yearly payment.
