We offer full-service design and build remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, additions, exteriors, decks, tile work, custom flooring, and specialty projects. Every detail is handled by our in-house team from start to finish.

Is Morganco licensed and insured?

Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured in the state of Missouri. Our founder, Luke Morgan, is also a Certified Inspector and third-generation builder.

Do you provide both design and construction?

Absolutely. We’re a design-build firm, which means we manage everything—from creative concepts to permits to final construction—so the process is seamless and personalized.

Who will manage my project?

Luke Morgan, our President and Chief Builder, takes a very hands-on role. You’ll also have a dedicated project manager keeping things on track and making sure everything meets our high standards.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your vision, take measurements, and provide an honest, detailed estimate.

Do you help with material selections?

Every project is different. A kitchen or bathroom remodel can take 4–8 weeks, while full additions or basements may take longer. We’ll give you a customized timeline and stick to it.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

In most cases, yes. We do everything we can to keep your space clean, safe, and livable throughout the remodel.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship and materials, and we’ll go over all warranty details before the project begins.

Our Design Build Process

At Morganco, we believe every great remodel starts with a clear plan and a trusted partnership. Our proven design-build process guides you seamlessly from your initial vision to a beautifully finished space — with transparency, collaboration, and attention to detail at every step. You can count on our team to handle everything with care, craftsmanship, and creativity.

Estimate

The first step for any project with Morganco is to schedule your free estimate with us. Our design team will come and meet with you. During your meeting, you will talk about your vision and goals for your space and project. We will be on the lookout for any potential existing issues that may need to be addressed. Depending on the complexity of your project, you can expect a follow-up from us within 2-3 business days after your meeting. Our follow-up will contain a proposal and estimate, and once you've decided to move forward with us we will set up a meeting with our in-house Designer, Sophia. All projects are overseen by our Chief Builder, Luke Morgan.

Design

Once a proposal is agreed upon, the design process will begin. This is a collaborative partnership with you, our design team and architect. This may include construction drawings and 3-D renderings to help you visualize the project and space. During the design stage, the majority of your material style and color selections will happen—e.g. tile, countertops, flooring, cabinets. Our goal is to create a thoughtful design plan that is not only stunning, but livable and functional.

MATERIAL SELECTIONS

Build

After all of your materials have been selected, it is time to bring your dream into reality. The first step of any build project is to protect your home. We have a robust dust protection procedure to ensure your home stays clean and tidy. We will also coordinate all necessary inspections and permits. It is important to us to keep your home clean and protected from dust and debris during your project. Doorways and rooms will be sealed with plastic, and floors will be covered with protective material. Our team of skilled and experienced craftsmen will ensure that your project is properly constructed following building code and our high-quality standard of work. Throughout the construction stage, you will receive daily progress updates so that you have a good idea of what to expect next.

Completion

Once construction is complete, our team will remove any remaining material and debris, and perform a deep clean. We will do a final walkthrough with you to ensure that our finished work exceeds your expectations, as well as leave you with a document containing a list of colors, finishes, and hardware so that you'll be able to reference it in the future. Now is the time for you to enjoy your beautiful new space!
