  • Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured in the state of Missouri. Our founder, Luke Morgan, is also a Certified Inspector and third-generation builder.

  • Absolutely. We’re a design-build firm, which means we manage everything—from creative concepts to permits to final construction—so the process is seamless and personalized.

  • Luke Morgan, our President and Chief Builder, takes a very hands-on role. You’ll also have a dedicated project manager keeping things on track and making sure everything meets our high standards.

  • Yes. We guide you through cabinetry, tile, countertops, flooring, lighting, and all other finishes to make sure your space reflects your style and functions beautifully.

  • Every project is different. A kitchen or bathroom remodel can take 4–8 weeks, while full additions or basements may take longer. We’ll give you a customized timeline and stick to it.

  • In most cases, yes. We do everything we can to keep your space clean, safe, and livable throughout the remodel.

  • Yes. We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship and materials, and we’ll go over all warranty details before the project begins.
