It all started when…

Luke Morgan, our founder, learned the basics of the craft from his father Terry, a lifelong tradesman and expert problem solver. Luke is a third generation builder, Licensed General Contractor and Certified Inspector with over 16 years in the industry. He leads our in house team of polite and skilled contractors.

As a nationally accredited skilled craftsman with a meticulous eye for building and design, Luke promises to put his signature touch on every project completed by Morganco. From the estimate phase through the design and build process, Luke and the Morganco team will be with you every step of the way with a very hands on approach. He is known for being a perfectionist, a quality that serves him well in the remodeling business. Luke is one of Professional Remodeler Magazine’s 40 under 40 Award Winners, Featured in St. Louis Homes & Lifestyles Magazine, and has been awarded as a Top 3 Contractor in Missouri.
