At Morganco, we design and build home additions that look like they’ve always belonged. From concept to construction, our team handles the details so you can focus on the fun part: imagining how your new space will actually make life easier.

We do NOT offer standalone exterior-only services (like roofing-only, siding-only, fencing, exterior painting, or concrete work). Exterior work is completed only when it’s part of a full addition project.

From Start to Finish…

Step One- Estimate: After you schedule your free estimate, Luke Morgan (President & Chief Builder) will meet with you to learn what you’re trying to accomplish and what’s realistic for your home. He’ll also look for any existing issues that could impact planning.
You can expect a follow-up within 2–3 business days with your estimate and proposal.

Step Two- Design: Once the proposal is approved, our design process begins. This is a collaborative partnership between you, our design team, and (when needed) an architect. We may create construction drawings and 3D renderings so you can clearly visualize the layout before building starts.
During design, you’ll also finalize the major selections that shape the look and feel of the space.

Step Three- Build: Now it’s time to build. We start by protecting your home and keeping the jobsite clean and organized. We coordinate permits and inspections, then our skilled craftsmen construct your addition according to code and our quality standards.
You’ll receive regular progress updates so you always know what’s happening next.

Step Four- Completion: When construction is complete, we remove debris, perform a deep clean, and walk the finished space with you to confirm everything meets expectations. We’ll also leave you with a record of key selections (finishes, colors, and materials) so you can reference them later.
