Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured in the state of Missouri. Our founder, Luke Morgan, is also a Certified Inspector and third-generation builder.

Do you provide both design and construction?

Absolutely. We’re a design-build firm, which means we manage everything—from creative concepts to permits to final construction—so the process is seamless and personalized.

Who will manage my project?

Luke Morgan, our President and Chief Builder, takes a very hands-on role. You’ll also have a dedicated project manager keeping things on track and making sure everything meets our high standards.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your vision, take measurements, and provide an honest, detailed estimate.

Do you help with material selections?

Every project is different. A kitchen or bathroom remodel can take 4–8 weeks, while full additions or basements may take longer. We’ll give you a customized timeline and stick to it.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

In most cases, yes. We do everything we can to keep your space clean, safe, and livable throughout the remodel.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship and materials, and we’ll go over all warranty details before the project begins.

From Start to Finish…

Step One- Estimate: Once you schedule your free estimate with us, our President and Chief Builder, Luke Morgan will come and meet with you. You will talk about your vision and goals for your custom build project, and Luke will be on the lookout for any potential existing issues that may need to be addressed. You can expect a follow up from us within 2-3 business days with your estimate and proposal for your bathroom remodel.

Step Two- Design: Once a proposal is agreed upon, the design process for your custom build project will begin. This is a collaborative partnership with you, our design team and architect. This may include construction drawings and 3-D renderings to help you visualize the end result of your bathroom remodel. During the design stage, the majority of your material style and color selections will happen—e.g. tile, countertops, flooring, vanity, hardware. Our goal is to create a thoughtful design plan that is not only stunning, but livable and functional.

Step Three- Build: Now it is time to bring your custom build project reality. The first step of any Morganco project is to protect your home- we have a robust dust protection procedure to ensure your home stays clean and tidy. We will also coordinate all necessary inspections and permits. Our team of skilled and experienced craftsmen will ensure that your project is properly constructed following building code and our high-quality standard of work. Throughout the construction stage, you will receive daily progress updates so that you have a good idea of what to expect next.

Step Four- Completion: Once construction on your custom build project is complete, our team will remove any remaining material and debris, and perform a deep clean. We will do a final walkthrough with you to ensure that our finished work exceeds your expectations, as well as leave you with a document containing a list of colors, finishes, and hardware so that you'll be able to reference it in the future.
